Unpleasant or even pungent odor often occurs in chemical plants, public toilet, garbage treatment stations, water treatment stations and other places, which may causes discomfort to the contacts and even endanger life in serious cases. Our company has designed filter media with high specific surface area, high loading rate, and strong oxidation resistance to address the commonalities of various odorous gases.
The odor removal filter media ADM1 is made from aluminum oxide and silicon oxide powder as the substrate, loaded with a certain amount of active ingredients that are very sensitive to the target molecule, and added with fixed components of pore forming agents, adhesives, and templates. It is formed into spherical or cylindrical shapes of different sizes and dried and roasted at a certain temperature. Pore forming agents and templates help to form the pore structure of particles, while adhesives help to increase particle strength. The physical characteristics of the product are shown in Table 1. The particle size can also be produced according to customer requirements for specific size products.
